Tony’s role: expert witness for Denwol Glebe Pty Ltd (the developer), briefed by MinterEllison.
Description: The building comprises two podium structures with mixed-use tenancies. Each podium has residential towers above. The combustible cladding comprises aluminium composite panels with a fire-retardant compound in their core (ACP FR) and reconstituted composite timber cladding.
Tony was instructed to provide his opinion on whether the installation of the combustible cladding was in breach of specific statutory warranties. He issued his expert report in December 2024.
